Copper foil wire is a conductor characterized by flexibility, softness, and lightweight properties. In our manufacturing process, we perform wire drawing on electrical copper wire down to sizes ranging from 0.18mm to 0.025mm, and by rolling this material, we can produce long products in a foil shape (flat wire) of specified sizes. The foil is then wrapped spirally around a core wire. It is possible to wrap up to a maximum of 4 layers of foil, and we can also twist together the required number of strands. The combination of copper foil (various platings, various alloys) and core wire (polyester, aramid, etc.) allows for resistance to bending, heat, and flame.
